How it works

Three steps, about fifteen seconds

No template to configure, no column mapping to learn before you start. Upload the PDF your bank gave you and the parser works out the rest.

  1. 1

    Drop in your PDFs

Up to 20 statements at once, straight from your bank. Password-protected files are fine — unlock them inline without re-uploading.

  2. 2

    We read every page

Layout-aware extraction pulls the transaction table off each page, recovers the running balance and scores its own confidence row by row.

  3. 3

    Check, fix, export

Totals and a balance check tell you instantly whether the numbers reconcile. Correct anything by hand, then download CSV, Excel, JSON or OFX.

Accuracy you can audit

A converter that shows its work

Most converters hand you a CSV and leave you to trust it. Bookkeeping does not work like that — so this one proves the numbers add up before you download them.

It tells you when it is wrong

Every conversion is reconciled: opening balance plus every extracted transaction must equal the closing balance on the statement. If it does not, we say so, and by how much — instead of handing you a tidy spreadsheet with a missing row.

Confidence, row by row

Each transaction carries an extraction confidence score. Anything under 90% is flagged in the table so your review takes thirty seconds instead of a full re-read of the PDF.

Fix it here, not in Excel

Every cell is editable and any row can be deleted, right in the results table. Your download is generated from the rows you see, so corrections never have to happen twice.

Output formats

Export into whatever you use next

Switch format at the moment of download — the same reviewed, corrected rows, rendered four different ways.

csv

CSV Opens in anything

One row per transaction with date, description, debit, credit and running balance. UTF-8, RFC 4180 quoting, ready for Excel, Sheets or a Python script.

xlsx

Excel Formatted workbook

A real .xlsx with typed number and date cells, a frozen header row and totals — no "text to columns" cleanup on the other side.

json

JSON For developers

The full document object: detected bank, account metadata, per-row confidence scores and the reconciliation summary. The same shape the API returns.

ofx

OFX For accounting software

Open Financial Exchange, the format QuickBooks, Xero, GnuCash and Quicken import natively. Transactions arrive already categorised as debits and credits.

Supported banks

1,000+ institutions, and counting

Every major retail bank in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the EU has a tuned layout profile. Unrecognised statements fall back to a generic table parser, so an unlisted bank usually still converts cleanly.

FAQ

Questions worth asking

Especially the ones about what happens to your data.

All questions
How long do you keep my statements?

Uploaded PDFs and the data extracted from them are deleted one hour after upload, automatically. Nothing is written to a permanent database, and we never keep a copy for training or analytics.

Do I need an account?

No. Anonymous users get 50 free pages a day with no sign-up — metered in pages rather than files, so a one-page statement costs one. An account only becomes useful when you want higher limits, batch uploads or API keys.

Is my financial data used to train models?

Never. Your documents are processed to produce your output and then deleted. They are not used for training, not sold, and not shared with third parties.

What if my statement is password protected?

Enter the password in the prompt that appears next to that file. The document is unlocked in place — the rest of the batch is untouched, and anything you have already corrected stays corrected. Each file gets its own prompt, so a batch with different passwords is fine. The password is used once, in memory, and is never stored or logged.

How accurate is the extraction?

On clean text-based statements from supported banks, typically above 99% at the row level. Every row carries a confidence score, rows below 90% are flagged for review, and the balance check tells you whether the whole statement reconciles against its opening and closing balances.
